So much of what we do in CrossFit, and really in life is improved by proficiency in jumping skills. The ability to effectively stabilise and then explosively extend the hips and lower limbs cross over into so many other skills and applications.

This month we will work on jumping in many different contexts and capacities, we will be hitting on just about all of the 10 General Physical Skills – strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, speed, power, coordination, balance, agility and accuracy. If we work really hard, we could find a way to fit flexibility in there too!
