School holiday is approaching and it is time for your kids to get involved in a playful fitness activity that engages both their large and small muscles. It is time to build their body, mind, and self-esteem as they discover all the marvellous things their body can do.
Our Kids Boot Camp also help children to develop the coordination and balance that they needed to: move around, over, and through things; pivot to change direction; and explore their body’s grace as they twist, bend, balance, stretch, curl, swing, sway, and dodge.
