July’s Skill Focus is Grip Strength (Pull-Up)

Being able to pull your body up to (and potentially over) something, is a key element to not only fitness but also survival; especially if you like to get outside and play a bit.

For the month of July, we will be focusing on building body awareness, shoulder stability, grip and pulling strength.
Grip is far more important than what many people realise, and it is tremendously important to develop a strong grip. So we will be focusing a lot on grip strength.
